Having empathetic and educated support is invaluable during this complex flow of discovery, transition, and growth. This woman, mother, and doula is here—to keep watch, listen, shine light, walk alongside, and hold exclusive space for you.
The childbearing continuum is unique in its need of coupledom between planning and flexibility. Babies are born on their birthdays and hormones choose how they’d like to show up each day.
We’ll spend time throughout our partnership making bespoke plans and identifying preferences to encourage confidence and joy during your pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum experience, and build your stamina to affirm and soothe if your plans and preferences are challenged.

Upon hire, you'll have easy and convenient access to me via text/email through six weeks postpartum–for consistent support. Links to literary and human resource, evidence-based research, encouraging affirmations, and offerings of sage wisdom abound.
Prenatal Preparation
We’ll share monthly doula prenatal appointments together. The topic(s) of our appointments will vary and be tailored to your specific desires and needs. You may want to work on designing supportive structures one month, and navigating labor sensations + birthing positions the next. Your spouse or intimate partner is always welcomed and encouraged at these appointments.
I will also accompany you to one primary care provider appointment. It’s important to me that your care providers are aware of one another, and working in community to best support you.

If you're an Apple Watch user and daily movement and/or active fitness is available to you during your pregnancy and through your sixth week postpartum—I invite you to connect with me to encourage that, we can also sync calendars + audio for walks. If you're local to me, you're welcome to walk alongside me one morning each week.

Preferences
Commonly referred to as The Birth Plan - your Birth Preferences document will help preface your birthing experience with your hopes in mind. We'll talk about what's most important to you, what your options are, and I'll design a smart one-page PDF for your Primary Care Provider(s).
Birth Support
Your birth is my sole birth doula support commitment scheduled between your 38th + 42nd expected week of pregnancy.
When you are ready for my presence, I'll travel to provide unlimited labor + birth support at your home, birthing center, and/or hospital of choice and/or need, and be completely available through a virtual connection, when/if applicable.
If your birth day has been pre-arranged, I will accompany you according to your hospital’s guidelines and encourage a soothing tone for the work + welcoming.
Amateur labor + birth photography included if situationally supported, and if desired.
Early postpartum nurturing
After birth, I will remain with you over the next hour while you're settling in with your new love. If you are both well and have decided to breastfeed—I'll encourage the space for your golden hour.
With flexibility in mind, and sometime within your first week postpartum and home, I'll come by with good eats and good words to see how feedings and feelings are going. If you're breastfeeding, I can assess your latch and give clinical counsel as a Certified Lactation Counselor®.
We’ll have another visit–virtually–where I’ll hold space & listen to your birth experience and/or postpartum realities. I’ll continue checking in on you over text (and virtually as needed) over your first six weeks postpartum, encouraging healthy integration into this new, beautiful life.

Most families invest between $2975 and $5700, depending on the method of service, timing, and location of care. Retainer fee due upon hire. Monthly payment plan available for balance satisifed upon 36th expected week of pregnancy.
