By purchasing any service, class, session, or product from Mother of Ease, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

Mother of Ease provides educational and non-medical support services, sessions, and products. These offerings are not medical advisement, diagnosis, or treatment. Purchasers are encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider for all medical decisions.

2. Payment & Commitment

All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your purchase secures your service, session, or product and reflects a commitment to the time, preparation, and care provided.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this work—including time-based services, digital offerings, virtual sessions, and limited-capacity support—all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any sessions or products under any circumstances, and no refunds will be issued for any services unless otherwise noted and necessary under a contracted agreement.

4. Rescheduling (If Applicable)

Make-up of a session may be offered at the sole discretion of Mother of Ease and is not guaranteed. Advance notice is required. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

5. Purchaser Responsibility

Purchaser agrees to engage in services with openness and personal responsibility. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on many factors outside the scope of support and/or information provided.

6. Scope of Support

Mother of Ease reserves the right to determine appropriate boundaries of support and may decline or discontinue services if they fall outside of scope or capacity.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided are the property of Mother of Ease and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed for any purpose and any time. 

8. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
