In this foundational meet-up, we'll get to know one another, and talk about what to expect as you navigate your pregnancy.

We'll build your birth preferences together, talk through comfort techniques, and make plans for your unique birthing experience.

Prenatal Flex Visit
This dedicated time is for general Q&As, helping as you prepare for Primary Care Provider appointments, or reviewing plans.

Labor and Delivery Support
When the time has come, I'll make my way to care for you as your birth doula during this incredible time in your life.

Postpartum Education Visit
I'll come by your home or local comforting place to see about you and provide hands on know-how in the early newborn days.

Postpartum Flex Visit
This gives opportunity for you to share your reflections and feelings about your birth and early postpartum experience.

As a complimentary addition to your covered care with CCH, Mother of Ease provides messaging support through my provider home on Mahmee. This is where our virtual visits take place and where all messaging flows before birth and through six weeks postpartum. You can message me there anytime and anticipate my responses during weekly office hours.
